Scout opened in 2004 and is owned and operated by Sam Bassett and Jim George.  After many years of toiling away in numerous and varied careers they decided to combine talents and toil for themselves.   They balance each other perfectly, Sam is all about “the creative” and Jim is all about “the business,” both creative in their own way
